Flu Clinics

Because of the flu vaccine shortage this year, local health officials are advising area residents to await further information on the allocation of available vaccine.

* The Calvert County Health Department is planning a flu vaccine clinic for county residents in one of the high risk categories; ages 65 or older, ages 6-23 months old or ages 2-64 with chronic health problems. The clinic is scheduled from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Calvert Pines Senior Center in Prince Frederick.
