BAY AVE., 11:30 a.m. May 24. A bicycle was stolen from a yard of a residence.

SOUTH BRANCH CT., 11:35 p.m. May 20. A 2002 Ford Explorer parked behind Northern Middle School was damaged.

VEHICLE THEFTS

WILSON RD., 4:51 p.m. May 26. A 1991 Infiniti was stolen.

Lusby Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

COVE POINT, 10:23 a.m. May 23. Cash was stolen from vending machines at Cove Point Park. A torch was used to melt the machines' locks and money slots.

SANTA ROSA LANE, 4:11 p.m. May 28. A rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle.

TAHOE CT., 1 to 8:30 p.m. May 31. Cash was stolen from a residence.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

DASHER CT., May 26. A cinder block was thrown through a vehicle's window.

GUADELOUPE TRL., May 26. Two tires of a vehicle parked in a driveway were punctured.

POWER DR., 3 to 3:30 a.m. May 26. A vehicle's tire was punctured, windshield wiper was bent and a window shattered.

WHITE SANDS, 9:22 a.m. May 23. A sign at Vera's White Sands was vandalized with spray paint.

North Beach Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

NINTH ST., 11:15 a.m. May 30. Tools were stolen from a truck.

Owings Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

SHERIDAN DR., 4:51 p.m. May 26. A 2004 Polaris all-terrain vehicle was stolen from a shed.

Prince Frederick Area

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

ROUTE 231 AND SKIPJACK RD., 8:37 a.m. May 19. A 1997 GMC Yukon was damaged with BB gun shots.

MARSHALL HALL RD., 3100 block, 3 to 3:30 p.m. May 19. Two robbers stole a wallet from a woman, 82, at Safeway. They used the woman's credit card at a CVS Pharmacy and Super 8 Motel.

Faulkner Area

ASSAULTS

CRAIN HWY., 10600 block, 9:45 p.m. May 29. A woman, 21, was found lying on the side of Route 301. When reaching toward a police officer's service gun, she scratched the officer's hand and arm. She was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. She was also wanted in the county for destruction of property.

Waldorf Area

ASSAULTS

CAPITAL CT., 2600 block, 6:55 a.m. June 2. A 38-year-old woman armed with an ice pick yelled profanities, spit at and assaulted a female school bus driver, 40. The woman also climbed onto the hood of the bus and dented the bus. She was charged with second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property less than $500, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and false imprisonment.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BERRY RD., 11700 block, 9:15 p.m. May 26. A man, 34, fraudulently used checks and identification to purchase electronics at Best Buy. He was charged with possession of bad checks with insufficient funds less than $500, uttering a bad check with insufficient funds less than $500, two counts of possession of false identification, attempted theft less than $500, using fraudulent identification in attempted theft, forgery and possession of private documents and uttering a false document.

VANDALISM

MIDDLETOWN RD., 3300 block, 5 p.m. May 23. Graffiti were spray-painted on a fence at the baseball field at Westlake High School.

St. Mary's County

California Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

DEMENT LANE, 12:47 p.m. May 30. A man, 42, and a woman, 19, were found in a residence without permission. They were charged with breaking and entering. The man was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.

VEHICLE THEFTS

ROUTE 4, 1:30 a.m. May 30. A man, 23, operating a stolen vehicle was charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

Hollywood Area

ASSAULTS

VISTA RD., 1:30 a.m. May 30. A man, 45, and a woman, 37, assaulted each other. The man was charged with first-degree assault. The woman was charged with second-degree assault.

Lexington Park Area

ASSAULTS

WINDSOR DR., 3:30 p.m. May 27. A woman, assaulted a man, 46, at a residence. She was charged with second-degree assault.

Loveville Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ROUTE 247 AND BUSY CORNER RD., 5:43 a.m. May 25. A man, 35, was arrested for having a stolen license plate on his vehicle. He was charged with theft less than $100.

St. Inigoes Area

ASSAULTS

MOUNT ZION CHURCH RD., 8:30 p.m. May 25. A woman, 35, assaulted a man, 31, at a residence. She was charged with second-degree assault.
