DEMOCRACY BLVD., 7100 block, 6:50 p.m. May 27. A woman concerned that her two young sons were taking too long in a bathroom, looked into the men's room and saw a man about 50 years old fondling one of her boys. The assailant fled.

BATTERY LANE, 4900 block, 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 25. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

ALDER LEAF DR., 12900 block, May 29. A male, 18, of no fixed address was charged with first-degree burglary, first- and second-degree assault, trespassing and destruction of property in connection with an incident at this location.

FREDERICK RD., 20200 block, 11 p.m. May 28 to 9 a.m. May 29. Property was stolen from a restaurant entered by force.

ASSAULTS

GAITHERSBURG AREA, May 25. A Gaithersburg boy, 15, was charged with first-degree assault in connection with an incident that occurred at his family home.

NORBECK RD., 5500 block, 6 p.m. May 20. A Montgomery Village man, 21, in an argument with another man in front of a grocery store lifted his sweatshirt and revealed a handgun. He then fled in a green four-door Toyota Camry with Maryland tags.

ROBBERIES

GOSHEN RD., 20000 block, 6:40 p.m. May 24. Five men assaulted and robbed of property a 39-year-old Montgomery Village man leaving a store. The victim treated for facial lacerations at a hospital.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

APPLERIDGE PL., 19900 block, 6 a.m. May 25 to 7 p.m. May 26. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

DEER PARK RD. W., 1 to 100 block, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

WORSHAM WAY, 19500 block, May 26. Two Gaithersburg boys were arrested in connection with an incident at this location. A 13-year-old was charged with second-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property. A 14-year-old was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

LOST KNIFE RD., 9600 block, May 26. A man, 52. of no fixed address was charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred on a Ride-On bus at this location.

PEEPING TOM INCIDENTS

SUMMIT AVE. N., 1 to 100 block, May 18. A Gaithersburg man, 44, was charged with being a peeping Tom in connection with an incident at this location.

ROBBERIES

BENTRIDGE PL., 12100 block, 9:10 p.m. May 26. A pizza deliveryman jumped in his vehicle and locked the doors when two men, one with a knife, approached. As the assailants tried to get into the vehicle, the man drove away.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

GUDE DR. E., 600 block, 3:05 a.m. May 27. A business was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

PARKLAWN DR., 11900 block, 5 a.m. May 20 to 5 p.m. May 24. An attempt was made to break into a residence.

STILLWELL RD., 5800 block, 6 p.m. May 30 to 7 a.m. May 31. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

ROBBERIES

ASPEN HILL AREA, 1:12 p.m. May 18. A man took a purse and a cell phone from a Silver Spring woman during a robbery at her residence. The identity of the man is known.

EASTERN AVE., 8100 block, 12:30 a.m. May 30. A man in a parking lot pressed an object into a pedestrian's back and robbed him of cash.

ELLSWORTH DR., 200 block, 2:25 a.m. May 30. A man tried to take a purse from a pedestrian, 31. When she resisted, he fled.

HAMPSHIRE GREEN LANE, 1700 block, 11:20 p.m. May 28. Two gunmen took cash from a deliveryman.

ASSAULTS

BEL PRE RD., 3000 block, May 24. A Silver Spring woman, 22, was charged with first- and second-degree assault in connection with an incident at this location.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 9200 block, 10:35 p.m. May 28. About 20 men attacked a Silver Spring youth, 17, leaving a convenience store. The victim was treated at hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

NORTHAMPTON DR., 700 block, May 28. A Silver Spring man, 40, was charged with attempted first-degree assault and reckless endangerment in connection with an incident at this location.

RANDOLPH AND VEIRS MILL ROADS, May 14. A Rockville man, 59, was charged with first-degree assault, carrying a dangerous and deadly weapon, carrying a dangerous and deadly weapon with intent to cause injury, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred on a Ride-On bus at this location.

UNIVERSITY AVE., 2300 block, 8:40 p.m. May 22. A man, 28, of no fixed address was stabbed twice by an acquaintance. He was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening wounds. An investigation was continuing.

ADRIAN ST., 5000 block, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. May 16. Property was stolen from a residence.

BALTIMORE RD., 800 block, 10 p.m. May 31 to 9:50 a.m. June 1. Cash and several packs of cigarettes were stolen from a restaurant entered by force.

COLLEGE PKWY., 400 block, 4:10 to 4:14 a.m. June 5. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

HALSEY RD., 5900 block, 11 p.m. June 1 to 3:27 a.m. June 2. A CD player was stolen from a vehicle.

LOFTSTRAND LANE, 600 block, 5 to 9 p.m. May 27. A chainsaw was stolen from a vehicle.

MARTINS LANE, 300 block, 3:30 to 6 p.m. June 5. Cash, a driver's license and a wallet were stolen from an unlocked pool locker.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 700 block, 1:45 to 6 a.m. May 31. Cash was stolen from a restaurant.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 800 block, 1:15 p.m. May 29. A Rockville man, 30, was charged with shoplifting in connection with an incident at this location.

SHADY GROVE RD., 16000 block, 6:30 p.m. June 1 to 7 a.m. June 2. Cash, a suitcase, a backpack, clothes, keys, a video-game system, seven video games and four DVDs were stolen from a motel room.

WATKINS POND BLVD., 100 block, 9 p.m. June 3 to 5:30 a.m. June 4. Four wheels and four tires were stolen from a vehicle.
