Chesapeake Beach Area


BAYSIDE RD., 7:16 a.m. June 20. A 37-year-old employee of Fastop stole money from a cash register. She was charged with theft.

MEADOW LANE, 3 p.m. June 16. A motor was stolen from a boat.

SUMMER CITY BLVD., June 23. A tow truck was driven into a yard at a residence to steal a vehicle.

Huntingtown Area


CARSON DR., 8:35 a.m. June 25. A portable toilet was set on fire.

Lusby Area


LONG HORN CIRCLE, 9 p.m. June 23. Two speaker boxes with speakers were stolen from a porch at a residence.


LUSBY, 5:40 a.m. June 25. Thirteen vehicles in the parking lot of Southern Pines Apartments were damaged.

Prince Frederick Area


ROUTE 2/4, 8:18 p.m. June 22. Keys were stolen from a rack at Total Fitness. The keys were used to steal items from a vehicle in the parking lot.

SIXES RD., 8:04 a.m. June 21. A lawn mower and go-cart were stolen from a residence.

Solomons Island Area

ROUTE 2, 7:36 a.m. June 20. A woman, 38, destroyed property in a room at Bowen's Inn. She was charged with malicious destruction of property and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Bryantown Area


ROOSEVELT PL., 5900 block, 9:22 p.m. June 24. A man, 40, assaulted another man, 47. He was charged with first-degree assault. The victim was treated at a hospital.

Waldorf Area


HUNT PL., 6:30 p.m. June 24. Someone in a Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows pointed a handgun at a man, 21, while he was walking. The man fled to a residence.

ST. CHARLES PKWY., 1:34 p.m. June 23. Someone shot out a window of a vehicle in which a woman, 34, and two boys, 15 and 17, were riding. Investigators said the incident was related to a dispute between residents in the Bannister and Carrington subdivisions.


DARTMOUTH RD., 11:45 p.m. June 28. Three robbers assaulted a man, 26, and stole his backpack.

ENTERPRISE PL., 2600 block, 11:45 p.m. June 28. Someone attempted to rob a woman, 25, while she was getting her child out of a vehicle. She had no money, and the robber fled.


POPLAR HILL RD., 18100 block, 9 a.m. June 22 to 1:30 p.m. June 23. Two DVD players and a portable auto jump-starter were stolen from a residence.


CHESTNUT DR., 2:12 p.m. June 24. A pile of items was set on fire.

Hollywood Area


HOLLYWOOD, 10:05 a.m. June 21. A man, 38, entered a residence through an unlocked door. He told a resident that if she moved from the living room he would kill her. He then stole several items. He was charged with burglary, robbery and theft worth more than $550.

Lexington Park Area


LEXINGTON PARK, June 27. A woman, 35, assaulted a man, 28, at a residence. She was charged with first- and second-degree assault.


LEXINGTON PARK, 6:52 a.m. June 20. A woman, 21, stole a purse from a residence. She was charged with burglary.
