FRONTIER TRAIL, 200 block, 7:46 p.m., July 15. Several televisions and stereo equipment were stolen from a weekend home.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
ROPE KNOT RD., 11000 block, 11:20 a.m., July 17. The windshield of a vehicle was shot at and damaged by a BB gun.

WESTLAKE BLVD., 100 block, 7:12 a.m., July 16. A man, 18, of Lusby was charged with theft of a U.S. flag, destruction of property and disorderly conduct.

KAREN DR., 2700 block, 8:40 a.m., July 16. An unknown object was used to destroy a mailbox.

ALDERMANS PLACE, 2000 block, 3:49 a.m., July 16. A Charlotte Hall man, 21, assaulted a police officer when the officer approached the man in a parked vehicle. The man was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and destruction of property.
RENNER RD., 4400 block, 4:19 p.m., July 13. Two men, 25 and 26, of Temple Hills were charged with two counts each of first- and second-degree assault in connection with an assault on a Waldorf man, 24, on July 11.
ROOKS HEAD PLACE, 2600 block, 7:56 p.m., July 11. A Waldorf man, 24, was assaulted and cut with a knife by two groups of people. When neighbors came out of their houses to aid the victim, the groups fled in two passenger cars.
BERRY RD., 10100 block, 7:32 p.m., July 15. A man, 20 to 27 years old, jumped through the ceiling into the vault of a bank where two female employees were conducting a final count for the day. He threatened to shoot them and then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
CRAIN HIGHWAY, 3600 block, 2:50 a.m., July 18. An armed man in his mid-thirties stole money from a clerk at a gas station.
CRAIN HIGHWAY, 2400 block, 1:26 p.m., July 17. Three tires were stolen from a car dealership by a man who fled in a vehicle that was reported stolen.
FESTIVAL WAY, 2900 block, 4 to 5:45 a.m., July 13. Two rolling carrying cases and two sewing baskets were stolen from Hancock Fabrics, which was entered by breaking the front window.
SHEARWATER DR., at Starling Dr., 12:15 p.m., July 15. A swastika and unidentified markings were spray-painted on top of a utility box.
White Plains Area
CARBERRY COURT, 10400 block, 4:30 p.m. July 8 to 8:50 a.m. July 9. Building materials were stolen from a construction site.
St. Mary's County

WILDEWOOD SHOPPING CENTER, 11:15 a.m., July 14. A man, 35, and a man, 37, armed with a knife, entered the back office of Belk department store and demanded money. They fled in a vehicle and ran off the road while being pursued. After a foot chase, they were caught, and each was charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault and theft over $500.
Great Mills Area
IVERSON DR., 20000 block, 10 p.m., July 17. A man, 48, threatened police officers with a rifle when they responded to a domestic dispute call. He ran into his residence, and officers talked to him on the telephone to coax him out. The man emerged and assaulted the officers. He was charged with first- and second-degree assault and resisting arrest.
Lexington Park Area
LIBERTY ST., July 16. A girl, 16, was forced into a vehicle, taken to an apartment complex and sexually assaulted. Three men, ages 23, 24 and 25, were charged with second-degree rape and second-degree assault.
