Opera and the Holocaust
"Brundibar," Hans Krasa's opera about children who raise money for their family and lose it to an evil organ grinder, will be performed this weekend in Bethesda. Holocaust survivor Ela Weissberger will speak about her wartime experiences one hour before each performance. Noon and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
