ROBBERIES

OLD MILL BOTTOM RD., 100 block, 1:59 a.m. Aug. 8. After a man made a delivery to a convenience store, four males approached him and one put a gun to his head and forced him to lie on the ground. The males robbed him of items from his vehicle and fled on foot.

FOREST DR., 2300 block, 5:15 p.m. Aug. 2 to 9 a.m. Aug. 3. A business was entered by forcing a front door.

LATROBE DR., 1200 block, Aug. 5 to Aug. 6. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing. There was no sign of forced entry.

ROBBERIES

ROUTE 2, 500 block, 2 a.m. Aug. 2. A man asked for cigarettes in a convenience store, then implied he had a weapon and robbed the store of cash. He fled in a vehicle.

SOUTHERN HILLS DRIVE, 10:41 p.m. Aug. 5. Two gunmen robbed a couple getting out of their car of a purse and a wallet and fled on foot.

Brooklyn Park Area

ROBBERIES

SOUTHVIEW SHOPPING CENTER, 12:22 a.m. Aug. 8. Two males wearing bandannas over their faces demanded cash from a male sitting in an open area at a shopping center. The male fled to the front of the shopping center, and the robbers left empty-handed.

CAMROSE AVE., 300 block, 12:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7. A residence was entered by breaking a front glass door. Nothing was reported missing.

CRESSWELL RD., 300 block, 9:30 p.m. Aug. 4 to 5:28 p.m. Aug. 5. A residence was entered by forcing a rear window. Nothing was reported missing.

FRANKLIN ST., 5700 block, 12:01 to 1:30 a.m. Aug. 5. Items were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a door.

HILLCREST AVE., 200 block, 8 p.m. Aug. 3 to 1 p.m. Aug. 4. Lawn equipment and a motorcycle were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a side door.

SUNNYFIELD LANE, 700 block, July 30 to Aug. 4. Lawn equipment was stolen from a residence entered through a door. There was no sign of forced entry.

FIFTH AVE., 400 block, 10:30 p.m. Aug. 1 to 5 p.m. Aug. 2. A radio and audio recordings were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.

CRAIN HWY., 7900 block, 3:35 p.m. Aug. 5. A couple entered a business, told the assistant manager that they were waiting for the female's sister and were left to wait in the reception area. A short time later, the business manager entered her office and saw the female searching through her purse. The female pushed the manager and the couple fled with several credit cards and a driver's license in a silver Mercury Sable with Ohio tags driven by a second male.

HALLOWAY ROAD AND BALTIMORE ANNAPOLIS BOULEVARD, 4:10 a.m. Aug. 10. A gunman approached two males and demanded money. A brief struggle ensued, and the gunman fired a bullet, which struck one male in the stomach. The gunman fled on foot, and the victim was taken to a shock trauma hospital.

SEVERN RD., 200 block, 5 p.m. July 29 to 11:55 a.m. Aug. 1. Sporting and other equipment were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked door.

Odenton Area

ROBBERIES

FRESHWATER WAY, 2700 block, 3:40 a.m. Aug. 10. Two men attempted to carjack a couple at gunpoint after following them to their car from their place of employment. The couple tried to flee in their vehicle and reportedly received minor injuries when bullets were fired. Within a few minutes, police stopped a vehicle occupied by the two males on Route 170 near Route 175. The passenger fled but after a brief search, police arrested both men and recovered a semiautomatic. Two Maryland men, a 34-year-old from Cambridge and a 30-year-old from Halethorpe, were charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime and attempted robbery. A 24-year-old Elkridge woman and a 26-year-old Odenton man were treated at a hospital and released.

BAY RIDGE AVE., 1000 block, 8:45 p.m. Aug. 3. Scented oil was taken from a business and recovered. An arrest was made.

CHINQUAPIN ROUND RD., 200 block, 3:26 a.m. Aug. 1. Cash was stolen from a business entered by breaking a window.
