Air Expo '05

The Blue Angels, the Navy's famed six-jet flight demonstration squadron, and the Golden Knights, the Army parachute team, will highlight Air Expo '05, along with a lineup of other civilian and military performers. The expo also will include displays, food and other entertainment. Gates open at 9 a.m., and air show starts at 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park. Park Rock Fest

About 75 bands will perform on three stages at Park Rock Fest 2005, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Chancellor's Run Regional Park, 21905 Chancellor's Run Rd. in Great Mills. This drug-, alcohol- and obscenity-free event is sponsored by the Power Jam Music Alliance and St. Mary's County. Two-day advance tickets are $20. At the gate, two-day tickets are $25, and one-day tickets are $15. Parents or guardians accompanying a paying minor are admitted free.
