Hollywood Memorabilia Comes to Columbia Mall

Hollywood memorabilia will be displayed in Columbia this weekend as part of the "Lights! Camera! Classics!" tour sponsored by Turner Classic Movies and Comcast. Authentic movie artifacts included in the exhibit are: Paul Newman's prison costume from the 1967 movie "Cool Hand Luke"; Robert DeNiro's boxing gloves and shorts from the 1980 film "Raging Bull"; and a gown worn by Vivien Leigh in the 1939 movie "Gone with the Wind." Photographers Collaborate in "Mixed Messages"

The childhood game of Telephone was the inspiration for "Mixed Messages," a photography exhibition that begins today. Thirty local photographers were given a single image and then asked to interpret that piece, which was then passed along to the next photographer. 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and noon-5 p.m. Sundays, through Oct. 9.
