WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Bacon scramble biscuit, low-fat cinnamon bun, or cereal with toast and toppings.

Lunch: Chicken fillet on bun or ham-and-cheese-stuffed baked potato with roll; lettuce and tomato cup, steamed broccoli, mixed fruit cup or fruit (choose two); ice cream cup.
