THEFTS/BREAK-INS

PINE TOP CT., 22000 block, Aug. 23 or Aug. 24. Swimming pool equipment was stolen.

STOCKAM WAY, 23000 block, 11 a.m. Aug. 20. Two Persian rugs were stolen from a residence. There were no signs of forced entry.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

W&OD TRAIL NEAR SUSCON SQUARE, 2:58 p.m. Sept. 7. A man exposed himself to a woman outside a residence near a public trail.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

JANELIA FARM BLVD., 19ooo block, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 6. A utility vehicle was stolen from a construction site.

VANDALISM

OLYMPIC BLVD., 43000 block, 10 p.m. Aug. 29 to 6 a.m. Aug. 30. Greens were damaged at a golf course when a vehicle was driven across them.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 600 block, 10:26 p.m. Sept. 4. An assault at a residence was reported.

KING ST. N., 100 block, 11:07 p.m. Sept. 6. Verbal threats at a residence were reported.

PLAZA ST. NE, 1 to 100 block, 11:40 a.m. Sept. 4. An assault at a residence was reported.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CHICKASAW PL. NE, 1000 block, 7:50 p.m. Sept. 5. A digital camera and a memory card were stolen from a residence.

KENDRA TERR. NE, 800 block, 5 p.m. Sept. 6. Credit card fraud was reported.

PLAZA ST. NE, 1 to 100 block, 5:03 p.m. Sept. 4. A stereo, a cell phone, CDs and clothing were stolen from a residence.

WASHINGTON ST. NE, 200 block, 9:20 p.m. Sept. 4. A gun was stolen from a vehicle.

WASHINGTON ST. NE, 200 block, 7:32 a.m. Sept. 5. A cordless hammer drill, a circular saw, a CD player and sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle.

GODFREY CT. SE, 700 block, 2 p.m. Sept. 3. A 2001 Freightliner tractor-trailer was reported missing.

MARKET ST. E., 400 block, 10:15 a.m. Sept. 3. A 1997 Honda Accord was damaged in an apparent attempt to steal it.

ROUTE 15 BYPASS AND EDWARDS FERRY ROAD NE, 10:14 p.m. Sept. 4. A 1992 Geo Metro was taken without permission.

SPARKLEBERRY TERR. NE, 500 block, 8:36 a.m. Sept. 3. A 1994 Honda Accord was stolen.

VANDALISM

CEDARWALK CIR. NE, 100 block, 6:20 p.m. Sept. 3. A vehicle window was damaged.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 1000 block, 9:48 a.m. Sept. 4. Bay doors at a business were marred by paint.

EARLY AVE., 1 to 100 block, 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2 to 6:30 a.m. Sept. 3. An attempt was made to take a boat from a pond at a residence. The boat was later located near the residence.

TALENT ST., 25000 block, 6 p.m. Aug. 28 to 6 a.m. Aug. 29. A stove was stolen from a house under construction.

Sterling Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BEECH RD., 400 block, 12:01 to 6 a.m. Aug. 30. A Honda power-washer was stolen from a business vehicle.

HOLLOW MOUNTAIN PL., 46000 block, 8:45 p.m. Sept. 6 to 6:15 a.m. Sept. 7. A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle in a garage.

HOLLY AVE., 200 block, 1:50 to 3:18 p.m. Sept. 6. A necklace, earrings and a cell phone were stolen from a locker at a gym.

VANDALISM

MAPLE AVE., 900 block, 2:15 p.m. Sept. 5 to 5:15 a.m. Sept. 6. A brick was thrown at a vehicle, damaging a window.

RIDGETOP CIR., 21000 block, 9 a.m. Sept. 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 6. A telephone box near an office building was marred by graffiti.
