BALLROOM DANCE CLASS, for ages 18 and older. Beginners, 6:30 p.m.; advanced beginners, 7:35 p.m.; intermediates, 8:40 p.m. Thursdays, Sept. 22-Nov. 10. Students can learn or perfect dance steps and help maintain their fitness and self-control. Each level is a prerequisite for the next level. SENIORS BRIDGE LUNCHEON, for ages 55 and older. 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 23. Participants can play bridge and duplicate bridge. The lunch includes a light buffet of breakfast buns, juice, coffee and tea. SENIORS ARTFUL JOURNALING PROGRAM, for ages 55 and older. 9:30 a.m.-noon Thursdays, Sept. 29-Dec. 8; no class Nov. 24. A creative journaling class, which combines notations, artwork and memorabilia. Teaches how to make portable material kits and how to find inspirations for entries. Supplies and material fees not included. SENIORS BALTIMORE LIBERTY SHIP CRUISE, for ages 55 and older and children ages 6 and older. 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Oct. 8. Six-hour cruise aboard the restored Liberty ship SS John W. Brown includes tour of the ship's quarters and mess rooms, continental breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon snacks, live 1940s big-band music, entertainment by FDR and Abbott and Costello impressionists, military reenactors, barbershop music and fly-bys of vintage World War II aircraft.
