Team of the Week highlights notable accomplishments of non-high-school sports teams in Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park.

Euclid Diamond Dawgs

The Euclid Diamond Dawgs American Legion baseball team this summer won the District 16 championship -- its first in the team's seven-year history -- to advance to the state tournament. The team was made up of players from Osbourn Park, Stonewall Jackson, Seton, Emmanuel Christian and Brentsville high schools. The Diamond Dawgs finished with a 23-12 record.
