TEN OAKS RD., 6300 block, 7 p.m. Oct. 13 to 6:10 a.m. Oct. 14. Cash was stolen from a business entered by smashing a side window.
DOBBIN CENTER WAY, 6400 block, 10:50 p.m. Oct. 18. A male in a business pulled out a shotgun and demanded cash. A clerk told him that the registers could not be opened, and the robber took games and fled.
HARPERS FARM ROAD AND CROSS FOX LANE, 9:45 p.m. Oct. 17. Three males accosted a male who was using a cell phone. He was then assaulted and robbed of the cell phone and an ID card.
ADERLEAF PL., 5700 block, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 15. A dog and a camera were stolen from a residence entered by forcing open a sliding back door. The interior of the residence was ransacked, and windows were smashed throughout the house.
CALM SUNSET, 7200 block, 2:15 p.m. Oct. 12. A resident saw a male walking upstairs from the basement area of a residence. The intruder then fled the residence. Nothing was reported stolen.
CONNELL CT., 9200 block, Oct. 6 to Oct. 11. DVDs were stolen from an area in a basement at a residence.
DAYSTAR CT., 10300 block, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 17. A video game system and a game were stolen from a residence entered by knocking out a window next to a front door.
DURHAM RD. W., 5100 block, Oct. 13 to 6:10 a.m. Oct. 14. An attempt was made to enter a residential garage.
ELIOTS OAK RD., 5200 block, 11:22 a.m. Oct. 18. Police responded to a burglary in progress at a residence. Upon arrival, a male was seen fleeing the back door of the residence. A man, age 19, was arrested. Nothing was reported stolen.
LAKE CIRCLE W., 5000 block, 11 p.m. Oct. 12 to 5:34 a.m. Oct. 13. Two bicycles were stolen from an open residential garage.
CEMETERY LANE, 7500 block, 5:20 p.m. Oct. 13 to 6 a.m. Oct. 14. Five concrete saws, two wheelbarrows, a generator and a circular saw were stolen from three steel containers on a parking lot storage area of a business.
FURNACE AVE., 5600 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 18. More than 1,000 pounds of aluminum floor support concrete forms were stolen from the yard of a recycling business entered through a surrounding fence.
KIT KAT RD., 7000 block, 12:47 p.m. Oct. 12. An attempt was made to enter a business by force.
OLD WATERLOO RD., 6800 block, 7:30 a.m. to noon Oct. 18. A purse was stolen from a residence entered through a front door by force.
Ellicott City Area
ROUTE 40, 9100 block, 7:14 p.m. Oct. 13. A male and a female, one with a handgun, entered a business. A second male entered and acted as a lookout. The female took video game systems and amplifiers.
FOLLY QUARTER RD., 13500 block, Oct. 14 to Oct. 17. A lock and a hasp were forced on a shed door. Nothing was reported stolen.
GREEN CLOVER DR., 10000 block, 9:08 a.m. Oct. 12. An attempt was made to enter a pump station.
GREEN CLOVER DR., 10000 block, 1 p.m. Oct. 12 to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 13. A sewage station was entered by climbing a surrounding fence, and a door was forced open. Nothing was reported stolen.
HALCYON CT., 3200 block, 1 p.m. Oct. 15 to 2 a.m. Oct. 16. Jewelry was stolen from three jewelry boxes at a residence.
WINDSOR MOSS, 11900 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 1 to 8:45 a.m. Oct. 2. A refrigerator was stolen from a new residence ready for occupancy that was entered by forcing a front door open. An attempt was made to steal a microwave oven, exterior heat pumps and other property.
WASHINGTON BLVD., 7900 block, 1:22 a.m. Oct. 18. Cigarettes were stolen from a business entered by forcing a front door open.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS
PEACHWOOD DR., 8300 block, 7:08 p.m. Oct. 12. An ATV was stolen.
PHEASANT DR., 12000 block, Oct. 18. Two 25-year-old men were arrested in connection with a series of drive-by shootings on three separate attempts between June and September in the 8900 block of Pembrook Woods. No one was injured. On each attempt, shots were fired at a residence from a vehicle. Some shots entered the residence through windows. The two men were arrested after police traced a cell phone call threatening another shooting. Police detectives believe the shootings were a result of a drug dispute and in retaliation for an unreported drug-related robbery.
HITCHING POST LANE, 9100 block, 8:58 p.m. Oct. 16. Two armed males entered a residence, and a male occupant was assaulted at knifepoint.
MOUNTAIN LAUREL WAY, 9700 block, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Oct. 12. A laptop computer, a cell phone and car keys were stolen from a residence. A door was found ajar.
TUMBLEWEED RUN, 9100 block, Oct. 13. An apartment complex maintenance person saw two males and two females in a vacant unit. The intruders fled and had allegedly been drinking beer.

FREESTATE DR., 8800 block, 3:44 p.m. Oct. 17. A green BMW was stolen.
HAVEN HILL CT., 8300 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 12 to 6:45 a.m. Oct. 13. A green 1986 Ford F-150 pickup truck was stolen and later recovered.
BALDWIN ST., 8500 block, 9:10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 18. Weapons, cash and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered through a basement back door.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS
WASHINGTON BLVD., 9200 block, 9:59 p.m. Oct. 15. A 2003 Hyundai was stolen.
West Friendship Area
FREDERICK RD., 12800 block, 2:50 a.m. Oct. 19. Eight cartons of cigarettes and a box were stolen from a liquor store entered by forcing a front door open.
BREEZEWOOD DR., 10600 block, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18. A computer and a monitor were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked back door.
