PEEPING TOM INCIDENTS

STRATHMORE ST., 6900 block, 4 a.m. Sept. 29. A man was seen peering in several windows of a residence.

ROBBERIES

BYRD RD., 4000 block, 2:25 a.m. Oct. 2. Three men with pellet guns demanded property from two Kensington pedestrians. The pedestrians complied, and the robbers shot one of them. The robbers fled in a white Toyota Camry. The injured pedestrian was treated at a local hospital for injuries.

NORFOLK AVENUE AND BATTERY LANE, 9:40 p.m. Sept. 28. A gunman demanded money from two Bethesda pedestrians, who complied, and the robber fled with another man.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

OLD GEORGETOWN RD., 7700 block, 8 a.m. Oct. 9 to 9 a.m. Oct. 10. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

POSTOAK RD., 8800 block, Oct. 1 to Oct. 6. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

POTOMAC OAKS DR., 11400 block, 1 to 6 a.m. Oct. 1. Property was stolen from a residence.

AUTUMN MIST CIR., 13200 block, 11:15 a.m. Oct. 7 to 8 p.m. Oct. 8. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

FREDERICK RD., 19800 block, 3 p.m. Oct. 8 to 6 a.m. Oct. 9. Property was stolen from a tire and auto store entered by force.

LARGO CT., 25900 block, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 11. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

QUASSIA CT., 11800 block, 1 p.m. Oct. 7 to 10 p.m. Oct. 10. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

ROBBERIES

CENTURY BOULEVARD AND CRYSTAL ROCK DRIVE, 9:30 p.m. Oct. 8. Five boys, ages 15-16, accosted a Damascus boy, 13, telling him to remove his shoes. They took his cash and cell phone, but did not take the shoes because they didn't fit.

CROSS RIDGE DRIVE AND MIDDLEBROOK ROAD, 11 p.m., Oct. 7. Two men demanded the jacket of a Germantown boy, 14, took it and fled.

MIDDLEBROOK RD., 13000 block, 9:12 p.m. Oct. 7. Three gunmen confronted three employees in a delicatessen, grabbed the cash drawer and fled.

WALTER JOHNSON DR., 19400 block, 3 a.m. Oct. 11. A man confronted the clerk of a convenience store at knifepoint and, after a short struggle, grabbed the cash drawer and fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

WASHINGTONIAN BLVD., 9800 block, 10:22 p.m. Oct. 4. A Germantown man , 22, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault in connection with an incident that occurred in the parking garage at the above location.

WILLOW SPRING DR., 19100 block, noon to 12:20 p.m. Oct. 11. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

Gaithersburg District

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

GAITHERSBURG AREA, 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 26. A Potomac woman, 19, was raped in Gaithersburg by a man she had met a couple of times. The man's identity is known and an investigation was continuing.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

TSCHIFFLEY SQUARE RD., 400 block, 8:40 a.m. Sept. 29. A Gaithersburg woman looked out her window and saw a man exposing himself. He fled on a dark-colored mountain bike.

ASSAULTS

CALABAR CT., 1 to 100 block, 5:45 p.m. Oct. 4. A Gaithersburg man, 30, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault and a fourth-degree sex offense in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

GIRARD ST., 400 block, 1:43 p.m. Oct. 12. A Gaithersburg man, 22, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

VINEYARD HAVEN CT., 1 to 100 block, Sept. 29. A Montgomery Village man, 18, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 23 at the above location.

WATKINS MILL ROAD AND TRAVIS AVENUE, 8:41 p.m. Oct. 2. A man shot from the rear window of a Nissan Maxima at a Montgomery Village man, 20, driving his vehicle. The Nissan fled. The 20-year-old man was reportedly not injured.

ROBBERIES

CLUBHOUSE ROAD AND RIDGELINE DRIVE, 1 a.m. Oct. 15. Two men demanded money at gunpoint from a Montgomery Village man, 18, and took his athletic shoes, a cell phone and a hat, then fled.

CONTOUR RD., 18200 block, 8 p.m. Sept. 26. A man accosted a Gaithersburg boy, 15, walking behind a grocery store, forced him to the ground and took property.

DIAMOND AVE. W., 1 to 100 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 6. Two gunmen forced their way into an apartment when the owner, 26, who was watching TV with his girlfriend, 18, answered the door. They ransacked the apartment looking for money. They left when the owner gave them cash.

WALKERS CHOICE ROAD AND MONTGOMERY VILLAGE AVENUE, 12:40 a.m. Oct. 5. Two men demanded property at gunpoint from a Gaithersburg pedestrian, 19. The pedestrian was able to run away, and the men fled empty-handed.

BROMFIELD RD., 14000 block, 2:45 p.m. Oct. 11. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

FLORAL LANE, 100 block, 8:10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 11. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

WHITE OAK AREA, 10:31 a.m. Oct. 4. A man grabbed a Silver Spring woman, 29, from behind as she was trying to enter her residence and threatened her with a knife. He forced her inside and raped her. She got away after the rape.

ALDORA CIR., 14100 block, 8:55 p.m. Sept. 29. A man in a parking lot demanded money at gunpoint from a Burtonsville man, 35, who complied, and the robber fled.

CAMERON ST., 3600 block, 3:18 a.m. Sept. 30. A gunman demanded cash from a pedestrian, 54, who complied, and the robber fled.

QUEBEC TERR., 1000 block, 4:15 p.m. Oct. 5. A man, 37, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a deadly weapon with intent to inure in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at the above location.

SILVER SPRING AVE., 500 block, 8:15 p.m. Oct. 2. A woman, 30, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and malicious destruction of property over $500 in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at the above location.

THAYER AVE., 500 block, 1:15 a.m. Oct. 3. A Silver Spring man, 33, was arrested and charged with first- an second-degree assault and false imprisonment in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at the above location.

ROBBERIES

BRIGGS CHANEY RD., 3000 block, 1:57 a.m. Oct. 9. Two men at a gas station got out of a maroon Ford Crown Victoria and demanded money from an employee. He complied and they got back in the car and fled.

CASTLE BLVD., 13800 block, 2:40 p.m. Sept. 26. Three men tried to take property from a Silver Spring boy, 16, waiting at a bus stop. They grabbed him and tried to force him to the ground. The boy got away. The men fled.

CASTLE BLVD., 13800 block, 3 p.m. Oct. 8. Two men demanded cash at gunpoint from a pizza delivery man who complied, then struggled with the robbers over a gun. The robbers then fled.

CASTLE BLVD., 14000 block, 1:11 a.m. Oct. 6. A gunman demanded money and cell phones from a Washington man, 23, and a Silver Spring woman, 20, sitting in a vehicle. They complied and the robber fled.

CHERRY HILL RD., 11400 block, 9:48 p.m. Oct. 7. A gunman demanded money from a restaurant employee who complied and the robber fled, accidentally firing a round into the floor at the same time. No injuries were reported.

COLESVILLE RD., 8400 block, 11 p.m. Oct. 3. Three men in a parking lot forced a Silver Spring man, 50, to the ground and took cash, his wallet and other property, then fled.

EAST-WEST HGWY., 1400 block, 7:20 p.m. Oct. 7. A gunman in a beer-and-wine store demanded cash from an employee, who complied, and the robber fled.

MANCHESTER RD., 9100 block, 2:20 a.m. Oct. 11. Three men got out of a new sky-blue Honda Accord or Civic, four-door, with Maryland tags and grabbed a Silver Spring man, 42. They took cash and his wallet at gunpoint, then got back in the car and drove off.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 11200 block, 3:10 p.m. Oct. 8. Two men demanded cash at gunpoint from a Silver Spring man, 48, and his son, 15, an ATM. The father complied and the robbers fled in a black Honda.

OUTLET DR., 13800 block, 5:26 p.m. Oct. 9. A gunman demanded the wallet and keys of a Silver Spring man, 38, sitting in his car. The man complied, and the robber fled.

PINEY BRANCH ROAD AND UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD, 4:50 p.m. Oct. 3. A man grabbed the bag of a Takoma Park man, 68, and attempted to take it. A struggle ensued, and the man was able to keep his bag and get away when the attacker threatened him.

SOUTHAMPTON DR., 400 block, 2:51 a.m. Oct. 9. A gunman demanded cash from a Silver Spring pedestrian, 18, who ran away. Shortly after that, two men got out of a dark Honda in the 10200 block of New Hampshire Ave., approached two Silver Spring men, ages 25 and 49, and displayed a gun. The Silver Spring men were able to run away. The incidents appear to be related.

TAPESTRY CIR., 3200 block, 6:40 a.m. Oct. 4. A gunman demanded money from a Silver Spring pedestrian, 24, who complied, and the robber fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BONIFANT ST., 800 block, 11:09 a.m. to 1:26 p.m. Oct. 12. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

DALEWOOD DR., 12400 block, Oct. 3. A Silver Spring youth, 16, was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

NATIONAL DR., 3900 block, 8 p.m. Oct. 6 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 7. Property was stolen from the office of a home builders association entered by force.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 10900 block, 1:20 to 1:27 p.m. Oct. 6. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

NOYES DR., 1100 block, 3:45 p.m. Oct. 9. Three Washington boys, two age 14 and one age 15, were arrested and charged with one count of second-degree burglary and one count of theft over $500 in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

STATESIDE DR., 1300 block, 7:30 a.m. to 6:24 p.m. Oct. 12. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

LINTHICUM ST., 300 block, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6 to 5 p.m. Oct. 10. A leaf-blower, CD player and a 50-foot extension cord were taken from an unlocked shed.

MANNAKEE ST., 1 to 100 block, 9 a.m. Sept. 23. Property was stolen from a college building.

MANNAKEE ST., 1 to 100 block, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Oct. 11. A hand-held digital music player and four credit cards were stolen from a vehicle.

MARSHALL AVE., 1600 block, 5:50 to 6:30 p.m., Oct. 7. A man, 48, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

PARK RD., 200 block, 12:01 a.m. Oct. 3 to 1:29 a.m. Oct 13. Cash and checks were stolen from a vehicle.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 1600 block, 4 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 12. A Germantown man, 27, was arrested and charged with shoplifting in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 800 block, 5:39 a.m. Oct. 16. A dry cleaning business was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

FIRST ST., 1000 block, 7:50 to 9 a.m. Oct. 12. A bicycle and a leaf-blower were stolen from a residential yard.

MAPLE AVE., 7100 block, 1:17 a.m. Oct. 18. A man entered a home through an unlocked back door, implied he had a weapon and demanded a laptop computer a resident was using. The resident complied, and the robber fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

LARCH AVE., 1000 block, 2 a.m. Oct. 15. A male entered a business through an open window, then fled through a door when an employee, who had heard him from another room, saw the intruder. Nothing was reported taken.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

MAPLE AVE., 7600 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 17 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 19. An attempt was made to steal a Honda Accord by breaking a vent window.

TULIP AVE., 100 block, 2:30 to 6 p.m. Oct. 17. A 2003 Volkswagen Passat was stolen.
