In addition to an initial six-hour training session, volunteers have monthly support group meetings, continuing education and ongoing consultations with staff. The next training session will be held in two parts: Nov. 29 and Dec. 6, both 6:30-9:30 p.m. in Rockville. For more information and to register, call the Volunteer Center at 240-777-2600.
