HIGHWOOD RD., 1100 block, 3 p.m. Oct. 23. A Rockville man, 43, was arrested and charged with second-degree domestic assault in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

VEIRS MILL RD., 2200 block, 10:15 to 10:22 p.m. Oct. 27. A man, 24, of no fixed address and a Silver Spring man, 25, were arrested and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

VEIRS MILL RD., 2000 block, 1:05 a.m. Oct. 29. A Rockville man, 28, and a Gaithersburg man, 29, were arrested and charged with first-degree assault and battery in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BALTIMORE RD., 1100 block, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 26. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

HALESWORTH DR., 1100 block, 7 p.m. Oct. 27 to 7 a.m. Oct. 28. Four vehicle tire wedges were stolen from a residence.

LOFSTRAND LANE, 600 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 25 to 7 a.m. Oct. 26. Several feet of copper wire was stolen from a vehicle.

MARSH HOLLOW PL., 200 block, 2:15 to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25. An hood ornament was stolen from a vehicle.

MONROE ST., 1 to 100 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 28 to 2 a.m. Oct. 29. A purse containing cash, two bank cards, a credit card and two driver's licenses was stolen from a restaurant.

PICCARD DR., 1300 block, 8 a.m. Oct. 10 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 28. Cash was stolen from an office.

PICCARD DR., 1300 block, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 18. A hand-held computer was stolen from an office building.

PICCARD DR., 1300 block, 8:10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 26. Cash was stolen from an office building.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 800 block, 4:30 to 9:30 a.m. Oct. 26. Cash and a cash register were stolen from a restaurant entered by force.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 1500 block, 6:15 p.m. Oct. 22 to 6:45 p.m. Oct. 28. A laptop computer was stolen from a retail store.

STONESTREET AVE. N., 200 block, Oct. 24. A Rockville man, 38, was arrested and charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 20 at the above location.

WATCHWATER WAY, 1 to 100 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 28 to 4 p.m. Oct. 30. Cash, a video game system and a pair of hockey gloves were stolen from a residence entered by force.

WESTMORE RD., 7300 block, Oct. 28. A Rockville man, 44, was arrested and charged with auto theft in connection with an incident that occurred at the above location.

RITCHIE AVE., 1 to 100 block, 10:26 p.m. Nov. 2. A man accosted a pizza delivery man who then sprayed the assailant with pepper spray. A second man hit the delivery man several times with a pipe, took property from his pockets and fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BELFORD PL., 400 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 28 to 11 a.m. Oct. 29. Property was stolen from a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, and a door lock and the ignition were damaged in an attempt to steal the vehicle.

ETHAN ALLEN AVE., 300 block, 10 a.m. to 6:50 p.m. Oct. 31. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

KANSAS LANE, 6700 block, 9 a.m. to1 p.m. Oct. 31. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

MAPLE AVE., 8000 block, midnight to 6 a.m. Nov. 2. Property was stolen from a shed entered by force.
