BARITTANIA CIR., 12100 block, 10 a.m. Nov. 3. Three men entered a residence, tied up a 74-year-old man, searched the place, and fled with property.

GUNNERS BRANCH RD., 19500 block, 8:05 p.m. Nov. 3. A man in an apartment lobby struck a Germantown man, 24, in the neck, knocking him down some stairs. The assailant took property from the victim's pockets as three other men looked on. The victim refused medical treatment.

GAITHERSBURG AREA, 2 a.m. Oct. 5. A woman, 19, reported that she had been raped in her home by a relative. An investigation was continuing.

WASHINGTONIAN BLVD., 9800 block, 1:30 p.m. Nov. 5. A Germantown man, 28, was inappropriately touched in a steam room in a sports club.

MUDDY BRANCH, 400 block, 10:08 p.m. Nov. 6. A Gaithersburg man, 34, was charged with domestic assault in connection with an incident that occurred at this location.

ROBBERIES

EAST DEER PARK ROAD AND CENTRAL AVENUE, 8:45 p.m. Nov. 5. A Gaithersburg man sitting in his vehicle at a red light was approached by two men who had been in the car behind him. They demanded money at gunpoint and when the victim said he didn't have any they pulled him from his vehicle and tied his ankles together. The assailants took cash and property from his pockets, then fled in a mid-1990s Ford Mustang.

LAKE WHETSTONE AND MONTGOMERY VILLAGE AVENUES, 3:30 p.m. Nov. 2. A man asked a Montgomery Village pedestrian, 15, a question, then hit him on the head with a stick, took his wristband and sunglasses, and fled.

LOST KNIFE RD., 9600 block, 6:45 p.m. Nov. 3. Two men at a bus stop pushed an Oxen Hill youth, 16, into the bushes and robbed him of his wallet and property at gunpoint.

MUDDY BRANCH RD., 400 block, 2:30 a.m. Nov. 12. Two men robbed a Gaithersburg man, 34, of a gold necklace at knifepoint.

PINEY BRANCH ROAD AND GREENWOOD AVENUE, 10 p.m. Nov. 4. Two men broke away from a group of five men sitting in front of a store and attacked a 46-year-old Takoma Park man, striking him in the head, forcing him to the ground, kicking and punching him, and threatening him with a knife. Nothing was reported missing.

ROBBERIES

FLEETWOOD STREET AND FLEETWOOD PLACE, 2:21 p.m. Nov. 5. Three men in a Nissan Pathfinder offered work to a 39-year-old Silver Spring man. He got in the truck and was driven to the above location, where the driver demanded money at gunpoint and then pushed him out of the truck and drove away.

HAMPSHIRE WEST CT., 1400 block, 12:50 a.m. Oct. 5. A man in a parking lot pointed a rifle at a 49-year-old Burtonsville man parking lot and robbed him of money and property.

STALEY MANOR DR., 1800 block. A gunman took cash from a 29-year-old Silver Spring pedestrian. The assailant fled in a black four-door vehicle.

SUMMER HILL COURT AND MUSGROVE ROAD, 8:15 p.m. Nov. 5. Four men knocked a Silver Spring male, 16, to the ground, searched his pockets, and took property.

MAPLE AVE., 7500 block, 12:28 p.m. Nov. 15. An adult male was arrested on an open Montgomery County warrant for second-degree assault.

MAPLEWOOD AND MAPLE AVENUES, 2:08 a.m. Nov. 11. An adult male was arrested on an open Prince George's County warrant for second-degree assault.

UNIVERSITY BLVD., 1300 block, 5:02 a.m. Nov. 12. A man was charged with first-degree assault, possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

LINDEN AVE., 1100 block, 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 11. A 1993 Ford Explorer was stolen from this location. Keys to the vehicle had earlier been stolen from the owner's home by an acquaintance.

MAPLE AVE., 7300 block, 1:25 p.m. Nov. 14. A lock to a door of a 2000 Dodge Caravan was damaged.
