HICKORY HILL SQ., 22000 block, Nov. 24 to Nov. 28. A generator was stolen from a construction site.

MOUNT HOPE RD., 42000 block, Nov. 22 or Nov. 23. A door frame was damaged during an attempt to enter a residence.

ALPINE DR. SE, 200 block, 11:10 a.m. Nov. 24. Verbal threats at a residence were reported.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 800 block, 8:06 a.m. Nov. 28. An assault at a residence was reported.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 1000 block, 5:43 p.m. Nov. 29. Verbal threats were reported.

LOUDOUN ST., 1 to 100 block, 1:56 a.m. Nov. 24. An assault was reported. A fire extinguisher and its holder were damaged during the incident.

NORMANDY DR. NW, 700 block, 3:15 p.m. Nov. 26. Police investigated an assault at a residence. A vehicle antenna was damaged during the incident.

NORTH ST. NE, 600 block, 5:19 p.m. Nov. 24. An assault at a residence was reported.

NORTH ST. NE, 600 block, 12:30 p.m. Nov. 25. An assault by mob was reported.

NORTH ST. NE, 600 block, 12:08 p.m. Nov. 28. Verbal threats at a residence were reported.

WIRT ST. SW, 600 block, 6:13 p.m. Nov. 29. Telephone harassment at a residence was reported.


CRESTWOOD ST. SW, 500 block, 11:13 a.m. Nov. 29. A generator, power tools, CDs, a microwave oven and a white 2003 Ford vehicle were stolen. The vehicle had been parked at a residence.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 200 block, 4:01 p.m. Nov. 24. Shoplifting at an outlet mall was reported.


EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 800 block, 10:19 p.m. Nov 28. A vehicle window was damaged.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 900 block, 10:10 a.m. Nov. 28. A front window at a business was broken, and a window of a vehicle in a parking lot was broken.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 200 block, 6:03 p.m. Nov. 26. Taillights of a vehicle were damaged, and headlights of a second vehicle were damaged.

GOLDEN LARCH TERR. NE, 200 block, 7:41 p.m. Nov. 26. Eggs were thrown onto a deck at a residence.

MOORE PL. SW, 1000 block, 10:40 a.m. Nov. 25. Credit card fraud was reported.

PLAZA ST. NE, 1 to 100 block, 9:44 a.m. Nov. 29. A vehicle window was damaged.

WINDING ROAD AND BROAD RUN DRIVE, 4:36 p.m. Nov. 28. A street sign was marred with graffiti.

PIGGOTT BOTTOM RD., 38000 block, midnight Oct. 24 to 1:59 p.m. Nov. 12. A dirt bike, tools and car accessories were stolen from a detached garage at a residence.


NURSERY AVE., 100 block, Nov. 18. Paint on a vehicle was damaged.

GOLDSTONE TERR., 21000 block, 1-5:29 a.m. Nov. 27. Four male assailants with knives assaulted a man, who suffered a cut on a hand. The man received medical treatment at the scene but declined to be taken to a hospital.


POWERS CT., 22000 block, 8 p.m. Nov. 2 to 3:18 a.m. Nov. 20. A business was entered and an attempt was made to gain access to a computer.

SULLY RD., 1000 block, 10-11:59 p.m. Oct. 31. Property was stolen from a hotel room.


HOLBORN CT., 900 block, 11:30 to 11:35 p.m. Nov. 24. A Honda Civic was stolen.


CHURCH RD. W., 100 block, 9:15 p.m. Nov. 29. A rock was thrown through a window of a residence.

POTOMAC HILL SQ., 23000 block, Nov. 27 or Nov. 28. Two vehicle tires were deflated.
