Arts Festival ApplicationsThe 17th annual Quiet Waters Park Arts Festival, which will be Nov. 10 and 11 in Annapolis, is accepting exhibitor applications. All work must be original and finished. Items that are imported or made from kits, commercial patterns or pre-manufactured components may not be displayed or sold. Exhibit spaces cost $75 to $200, and there is a $10 application fee.
