Black History Month EventMontgomery College will host the African American Chamber of Commerce's annual Black History Month program at 7:30 a.m. today at the Theatre Arts Arena on the college's Rockville campus, at 51 Mannakee St. The keynote speaker will be Lt. Student Transfers Montgomery County parents who want their children to attend a school different from the one designated by geography can apply for a transfer through April 2.
Assignment changes are permitted if an older sibling is in the requested school, if the school is part of a feeder pattern from middle to high school or if there is a documented hardship.
