VAN DORN ST. S., 500 block, 10:10 a.m. Feb. 16. During a robbery, two males entered a business and one displayed a gun, and a third remained in a car.

ASSAULTSCOLUMBIA PIKE, 5000 block, 7 p.m. Feb. 17. During an argument outside a restaurant, a man stabbed a male in the abdomen twice and fled in a vehicle occupied by several people. The male was taken to a hospital. GLEBE RD. N., 300 block, 2:09 a.m. Feb. 18. During an argument, a man stabbed a male in the arm with a corkscrew. The male was taken to a hospital and treated for a deep cut. An Arlington man, 20, was charged with malicious wounding.

ABDUCTIONSLEE HWY., 1400 block, 10:05 a.m. Feb. 19. A female motorist was involved in a traffic altercation with an occupant of a red sport utility vehicle on Key Bridge in D.C. The woman drove across the bridge to Arlington and was stopped at a traffic light when a gunman allegedly got out of the SUV and entered her car. He reportedly forced her to drive, followed by someone driving the SUV. The woman was then forced into her vehicle's trunk. She used her cellphone to call a friend, who notified police. The kidnapper then allegedly forced her to deliver a package to a home in an unidentified location, then forced her to get into the front passenger seat while he drove. The man eventually stopped and got into the SUV. Police, with the help of the cellphone company, located the uninjured woman driving her vehicle on eastbound Interstate 66 near Lee Highway.

ROBBERIESGLEBE RD. S., 1600 block, 6:20 to 6:25 p.m. Feb. 15. A gunman entered a convenience store, demanded cash and hit a male employee in the face with the weapon. The male threw merchandise at the robber, who fired the gun and beat him again with the gun. The gunman fled without property. The employee reportedly received minor injuries from the gunshot. JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY., 1700 block, 9:11 p.m. Feb. 16. A male grabbed a purse from a woman outside a hotel while another male showed a gun. The robbers then fled. A police canine team tracked the robbers to a Metro station and located a suspect. An 18-year-old Suitland, Md., man was charged with robbery.

WILSON BLVD., 4500 block, 6:45 a.m. Feb. 19. A male armed with a gun grabbed a female pedestrian, demanded her purse and fled after she screamed. Nothing was reported taken.

PEEPING TOM INCIDENTSSTUART ST. N., 1000 block, 1:55 a.m. Feb. 18. A man was seen peering into an apartment window.

THEFTS/BREAK-INSADAMS ST. S., 2700 block, 6 p.m. Feb. 17 to 9:45 a.m. Feb. 18. Electronic devices and accessories were stolen from two vehicles entered by smashing windows. FAIRFAX DR. N., 4200 block, 4:54 a.m. Feb. 18. A man entered a business by disabling a lock. Police responded, and a District man, 44, was taken into custody after he fled through a side door. He was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and grand theft.

GLEBE RD. N., 800 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 17 to 11:33 p.m. Feb. 18. Cash was stolen from a business entered by forcing a door.

GREEN BRIER ST. S., 800 block, 10:30 p.m. Feb. 18 to 5:20 a.m. Feb. 19. An attempt was made to enter an apartment by forcing a door.

WISE ST. S., 100 block, 2:03 p.m. Feb. 15. A male who carjacked a vehicle in Prince George's County abandoned the car in Arlington's Penrose neighborhood and fled on foot.

WOODROW ST. S., 3000 block. A black 2005 Toyota Avalon was stolen.
