8 p.m.--Opening ceremony, Capital Centre, Landover. Keynote speakers: President Reagan and Jewish theologian Elie Wiesel (tickets required) TUESDAY
8-9:45 a.m.--Breakfast for U.S. Congress members and survivors at "Survivors' Village," Convention Center
10 a.m.-noon--General Assembly with program by Children of Survivors, Convention Center (Hall A)
1 p.m.-6 p.m. -- Panels and seminars, Convention Center
4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. -- Cultural celebration, D.A.R. Constitution Hall. Host: Theodore Bikel; featured performers: Israeli dance and choral ensemble Anachnu Kahn (tickets required) WEDNESDAY
9 a.m. -- Homage to the Liberators ceremony, Arlington Cemetery
11 a.m. -- Presentation to Wiesel by Vice President Bush of keys to buildings that will house U.S. Holocaust Memorial and Museum, West Side of U.S. Capitol.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m. -- Panels and seminars, Convention Center
