Construction is under way on two new multi-senant inventory buildings at Cadillac, Far view's Washington Industrial Park, [WORD ILLEGIBLE] development in the Lanhash area of [WORD ILLEGIBLE] George's Country. Robert S. Depew, project manager, said that the new space are total aproximately 180,000 square feet and be available in sections of 5,100 square feet or [WORD ILLEGIBLE] Both buildings will be brick faced.
Kennets Banney has been named assistant view president and manager of the Shannen & Luchs office in Alexandria. He succeeds Thomas Stevens, who will manage the Vienna office that is scheduled to be opened in April.
The City of Capitals, Inc., headed by Francis X. Gaegler, Jr., has announced that Weaver Bros. Inc., has been signed to lease and manage the 117,000 square-foot. One Hanson Plaza building planned for a 102-acre site at the intersection of Routes 50 and 801 in Prince George's County. The George A. Fuller Co. has been given a contract to construct the building, for which an April groundbreaking is planned. The architects are Leo Boeckel and Byron Gates.
Grempler Realty, Inc., has announced that new home sales totaled more than $28 million in 1976, representing 700 sales in 20 developments in central Maryland.
Michael C. Fox, currently serving as president of the Northern Virginia Board of Bealtors, has announced that his firm, based in Arlington, has affiliated with the franchising system called Realty World. Fox said that each office in the national network is independently owned.
The new home sales division of Long & Foster Realtors, Inc., has announced a total of 186 houses sold in February for a volume over $12 million. A spokesman said that the total was the highest for any month in the four-year history of the new home sales division.
