Philip J. Raymond has been named general sales manager and assistant vice president of Kettler Brothers, Inc. A member of the Kettler staff since 1970, Raymond will supervise the sales program in Montgomery Village and the Woodmark, North Farm and Wood Edge at Signal Hill subdivisions.
Patricia J. Mathews, resident manager of the Columbia Plaza apartment complex in Foggy Bottom for Shannon & Luchs, recently was awarded the Roberta R. Hayes scholarship for study in property management by the National Society of Professional Resident Managers. She will take courses at American University.The scholarship honors the society's long-time director of educational programs.
Douglas A. Fraser, president of the United Automobile Workers, has been elected second vice president of the National Housing Conference, succeeding Leonard Woodcock, former UAW president.
Louis H. Nevins has been named vice president and director of the Washington office of the National Association of Mutual Savings Banks. He has been director of Washington operations for the association since 1971. James J. Butera has been named associate director of the office here.
