The National Center for Housing Management has scheduled seven regional conferences relating to HUD Section 8 housing programs. Martin Juster, a real estate developer in Yonkers, N.Y., recently purchased the A.M Building in Rosslyn for a reported $9.75 million. The Prospect Co. was the seller. The H.G. Smithy Co. of D.C. was the broker and also arranged permanent financing. Smithy will also handled management and leasing of the 17-story, 250,000-square-foot building.

The J. obert Co., which handled condominum sales in this area, announced that 65 units were sold in two weeks at the Bristoe Station townhouse development in Manassas. The Robert firm also said that sellouts have been achieved at American Center condominium in Rockville and the Maryland Farms condo conversion at White Oak.

Julien J. Studley, Inc., an office leasing firm, has announced that the General Services Administration has leased the entire Van Buren Building in S. Arlington. The building is fully occupied by the U.S. Navy.
