The 1977 Realtor of the Year award in Montgomery County goes to James J. Hall. He is being honored, in the words of the selection committee, for his "contributions of the community, business accomplishments and active participation in local, state and national realtor associations." The award also acknowledged his participation in educational activities of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors. Hall founded his own firm in 1969. He now employs 32 agents in offices in Rockville and Silver Spring.
