Kaufmann Co. and others sold a property with 1,179 acres on the Potomac River and known as "Richland Acres," Broad Run district, for $4 million to Warren K. Montouri, trustee.
W. M. Crickenberger, trustee, and others, sold a 301-acre property near the Lessburg County Club and "Foxchild," Leesburg, for $993,500 to the Oliver-Hoffman Corp.
Bullis School, Inc., sold a 142-acre parcel on Route 50 at Route 612, Mercer district, for $340,000 to Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Eye.
Mr. and Mrs. N. S. Arroyo sold a property with 146 acres, near Hillsboro, for $259,000 to Riverwood Investment Co.
Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Connors, Jr. sold an eight-acre property on Route 630, Mercer district, for $28,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Florance.
Mary L. Litchfield Jones sold a 53-acre parcel on Route 743 and Goose Creek, Mercer district, for $200,000 to Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Farley Jr.
Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Dietz sold a 57-acre property on Route 665, Taylorstown, for $240,000 to Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Ripley.
Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Fischer sold a five-acre parcel on Route 665 and Catoctin Creek, Lovettsville, for $119,500 to Mr. and Mrs. G. Cowan.
Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Fields sold a 13-acre property on Route 611, Purcellville, for $98,800 to Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Hills.
Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Lininger sold three parcels on Route 7, Leesburg, for $201,500 to Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Peer.
