Ronald Deem, an associate broker with Fred L. McKee Realty Inc., has been named manager of sales at the firm's office in the Collington Plaza at Bowie.

Douglas R. McGregor has been, named Columbia division manager of the Ryland Group, Inc. He will have responsibilities for Ryland homes built in Howard and Carrell counties.

Rep. Henry S. Reuss (D-Wis.) was presented the Nathaniel S. Keith award earlier this week during the 47th annual convention of the National Housing Conference. The chairman of the House Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs was cited as "a leading legislator and supporter of housing and community development programs."

William R. Reeves has been named vice president of business development for Interstate General Corp., a Puerto Rico-based firm that is developing the new town of St. Charles in Charles County and a planned community (Gateview) overlooking San Francisco. IGC is a major developer and manager of housing in Puerto Rico.

Cleola Jacobs was honored recently as the top sales associated with Nyman Realty, Inc., during 1977. She had more than $2 million in residential sales. Also honored were Arnold Reed, Ethel Gerring, Quenita Gaskins, Lee Cook, Ruth Edwards, Sarah Carlson, Bonita Tillman, Gary Baxley and Julie Siedentopf.

Jacque Jordon, an associate broker with Macklin-Hansen Realtors in Springfield, has won the designation of Certified Residential Specialist from the Realtors National Marketing Institute. Paul G. Foldes has joined Mason Hirst, Inc., realtors, of Annandale as a specialist in land and commercial sales and leasing.

Robert L. Morrison, a realtor and broker in Dry Run, Pa., has been named Exchanger of the Year by the Metropolitan Washington Real Estate Exchangors, of which he is a member. Exchangors specialize in the trading of properties.
