The Imperial office building at 1441 L St. NW, has been sold for $5 million by H. Max Ammerman to a corporation based in the Netherlands Antilles. Warren K. Montouri, a vice president of Shannon & Luchs Co., represented the purchaser of the building, 150,000 square feet of which is used by the Small Business Administration.

The National Association of Home Manufacturers has published a guide to the home manufacturing industry and its products. The 64-page booklet lists 100 home manufacturers and pictures and describes their products. Copies are available for $3 from NAHM, 1619 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington 20036.

Hubbard-Dale, Inc., an Alexandria-based realty firm, has opened an office at 1511 N. Quaker La., in the Fairlington Shopping Center. The brokers in the firm are Henry and Rena Hubbard and David Dale.

The Carey Winston Co. has arranged a $1.75 million mortgage for the 100-unit Carlyle apartment complex in Crofton.

Jackson Properties, Inc., based in Falls Church, says it is using video tapes to show interiors and exteriors of dwellings listed for sale. Also shown are the neighborhoods, shopping centers, schools and churches in the area.

Twenty-five planners from Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle and Detroit recently were briefed here on the 23-story Rosslyn Center office building that will have a three-level shopping concourse connected to the Metro station in Rosslyn. The building is scheduled for completion in about a year.
