The end of sales at the condominium Huntley Square garden condominium in Temple Hills was combined with a plan to dispose of model furniture. For the final 18 buyers, National Realty Associates, the sales agent, offered all the furniture in a model to the winner of a lottery among the final buyers. The drawing was held recently and Sandra Thomas, a recent buyer, was reported to be the winner.

Sales reservations now are being taken for the Davmar, a low-rise, 33-unit brick condominium apartment structure at 189th St. NE. Holland & Lyons is the selling agent for Davmar Associates. Units range from $30,500 to $31,500.

Realtors Vicki Bagley and Richard Haase have been named to the advisory board of District-Realty Title Insurance Corp.

Thomas E. Stancavage has been named manager of the Lanham office of Grempler Realty Inc.He was a store manager for the W.T. Grant Co. before going into real estate with the Grempler firm in Severna Park, Md., in 1973.

Realcore Services Inc., a consortium of six realty brokers in Northern Virginia, has named Robert M. Burns as executive director.

Danae Real Estate Investment Corp. has announced the following promotions and appointments: Frank Mondell Jr., advanced to vice president of development; Henry J. Williams, project manager for government-related housing; Richard E. Harold, vice president and treasurer, and Charles E. Vaughn, project manager for development. Vaugn formerly was planning director for the town of Gaithersburg.

Wayne Lehman has been named vice president and manager of the Bethesda office of Better Homes Realty Inc. A native of Montgomery County, he lives in Gaithersburg.

PAR, a Northern Virginia home building firm, has elected Steve Powell as chairman of the board and Gary Rappaport as president. Donald Wiland was elected controller of the firm.

Herbert K. Gallagher and M. Paul Brott have joined the Washington office of Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall, an architectural and engineering firm with headquarters in Los Angeles. Gallagher now is director of architectural programs for the firm's eastern region. Brott, a Washington native and graduate of Howard University, is regional office manager.
