The third annual national capital area conference on condominiums will be held next Saturday at the Rossmoor Leisure World clubhouse, beginning at 9 a.m. The sponsoring National Capital Condominium Federation, based in Kensington, has urged all condo organization and Individual owners to participate.
Construction has begun on a medical-professional building near the Greater Laurel-Beltsville Hospital. The building is the first phase of the development of the 40-acre Greater Laurel professional Park by Resource Realty. Victor Smolen and Associates designed the two-story structure that will have a glass-enclosed atrium.
