An office building at 1325-35 E St. NW was sold by Bankers Life Insurance Company of Nebraska for $3.8 million to National Press Building Corp.

Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Siegel recently sold an apartment building at 2117 E St. NW for $2.5 to Sherry Towers Apartment Hotel Limited Partnership.

Mr. and Mrs. Myer Siegel recently sold an apartment building at 2116 F St. NW for $2.5 million to Sherry Towers Apartment Hotel Limited Partnership.

Thomas Circle Associates Limited Partnership recently sold a group of properties at 1400-26 M St. NW, 1120 Vermont Ave. NW and 1, 2 and 3 Thomas Circle for $8 million to Thomas Circle Improvement Associates.

Stanton Kolb recently sold an apartment property at 1609-11 31st St. NW for $1.1 million to Tudor Walk Associates.

Colonial Fuel Co. recently sold two properties at 6500 Blair Rd. and 212 Van Buren St. NW for $515,500 to Steurt Petroleum Co.

Mr. and Mrs. N. G. Cohen recently sold an apartment building at 5429 Connecticut Ave. NW for $625,000 to Roberta Limited Partnership.
