Mr. and Mrs. Bruce S. Colvin sold a property on Rte. 607, Cedar Run District, with 19 acres for $84,500 to Barbara Jean Derring.

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas M. Schlachter Sr. sold a 25-acre tract on Rte. 50, near Paris, for $40,250 to Mr. and Mrs. Edwin P. Wilson.

Mr. and Mrs. Cyril R. Kines sold a property with 69 acres on Rte. 600, near New Baltimore, for $82,800 to Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Wayne Fahy.

The County of Fauquier sold a 255-acre tract known as "Spring Hill Farm" off Rte. 674, near Liberty, for $186,000 to William E. Butler Jr. and others.

Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Catlett sold an estate with 17 acres, three miles from Warrenton, for $285,000 to Mr. and Mrs. L. Crittenden Rawlings.

Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Hensley sold a property with 120 acres on Rtes. 29-211-5, Scott District, for $400,000 to Mr. and Mrs. H. Douglas Smith.
