Kenneth J. Luchs, whose late father, Frank J. Luchs, headed the Washington Board of Realtors 20 years ago, has been elected president of that board. Other officers who will serve in 1980 are James L. Eichberg and B. v. (Mike) Brenneman Jr., vice presidents, and Grant Boss, treasurer.
Herbert V. Juul, who heads his own brokerage firm with offices in Chevy Chase and the District, has been elected president of the Mongtomery County Board of Realtors. Other officers 1980 will be Faye D. Cobb and Jesse W. Clary, vice presidents; John J. O'Keefe, treasurer, and Margaret L. Elliot, secretary.
John P. (Jack) Hewitt, former director of parks and executive director of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, has been elected president of the Frank L. Hewitt Co., a Montgomery County real estate firm founded by his father in 1903.
Michael W. Seay has been names sales manager of W. C. and A. N. Development Co., replacing Mildred S. Hassett, who continues as a consultant with the 67-year-old firm. Seay has been with Miller since 1972.
Rebecca W. Chambers has been promoted to manager of the Rockville office of High T. Peck Properties. Chambers has been with the firm since 1974.
Donald Hicks has been named manager of the new Gaithersburg office of Noah & Cummings Inc. Realtors.
Edwin W. Weihe was recently honored by fellow partners and assocaites in the architectural firm of Weihe, Black, Jeffries and Strassman on the occasion of 40 years in practice. The reception was helt at the Stephen Decatur House.
David S. Harper has been named director of marketing and community affairs of Chas. H. Steffey Inc., a multi-office real estate firm in Maryland.
