Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Francis sold a 35-acre tract on Rte. 7, Mt. Gilead district, for $234,500 to Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Jacobson.

D. W. Johnson and others sold a 16-acre property on Sully Rd., Broad Run district, for $399,000 to M. M. Vlahos, trustee.

Patricia Godfrey Schmidt and spouse sold a property on Rte. 611, Jefferson district, for $341,300 to R. J. Hewett Sr., trustee.

Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Alexander sold a 31-acre property, eight miles south of Leesburg on Rte. 621, for $210,000 to Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Correnti.
