The Horseshoe and Chateau Briand farms were sold recently to C. R. Tenge-Rietberg of West Germany, the Frank Hardy realty firm reported. No selling prices were divulged, but the owners were asking more than $5.7 million. The Horseshoe farm was once owned by the late Edward R. Stettinius Jr., who served as Secretary of State.
