Caryll E. McConnell sold a 117-acre property known as "The Tannery" on Rte. 706, near Halfway, for $200,000 to Malcolm Matheson III.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred P. Barton sold an estate with 39 acres, two miles west of Middleburg on Rte. 810, for $600,000 to Selassa N.V., a Netherland Antilles Corp.
Mr. and Mrs. John C. Kinzer sold a 14-acre property on Rte. 688, near Markham, for $219,500 to Mr. and Mrs. Henry C. W. Forrest.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Roadman sold a five-acre tract on Rte. 647, Marshall district, for $210,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Georgi.
Mr. and Mrs. George J. P. D. Townshend sold a property with 143 acres on Rte. 702, Scott district, for $895,000 to Dorette L. Fleischmann Seignious.
Maria Jose Fenwick, trustee, and others, sold a 124-acre tract on Rte. 628, Scott district, for $219,000 to Tibe Kotz. Fenwick also sold 100 acres in the same location for $260,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Nathan K. Kotz.
Grace B. Ristig and others sold a 225-acre tract on Rte. 17 and a part of Poplar Hill Farm, Lee district, for $282,375 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Lake.
