Blair Road Limited Partnership sold a condo at 545 Brummel Ct. for $99,500 to Mary E. Grier. The National Bank of Washington placed a $39,500 loan on the unit.

J. D. Kiczales and others sold a condo dwelling at 4701 Connecticut Ave. for $145,000 to Christoper and Catherine Vitry-Trapman. John Hanson Savings and Loan Association placed a $70,000 loan on the unit and the sellers took back a five-year, $55,000 note at 7 1/2 percent.

Letterman House Tenants Association sold a condo at 2030 F. St. for $41,500 to Marla G. Levine and Edward C. Shepherd IV. Walker & Dunlop placed a $39,400 loan on the unit for 30 years.
