Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Lowe sold a condominium at 1670 Beekman Place for $105,000 in cash to Richard J. Joseph.
Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Morrison sold a condominium at 2501 Calvert St. for $67,500 to William F. DeMyer. The seller took back a note for $52,500 at 11 percent for five years.
J. W. Dowling Jr. sold a condominium at 3100 Connecticut Ave. for $94,900 to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest A. Nagy. The seller took back a note for $25,400 at 11 percent for 12 years.
Max Gratzl sold a condominium at 5315 Connecticut Ave. for $31,500 in cash to Mr. and Mrs. Alexander S. Lyman.
Mr. and Mrs. William Calomiris and others sold a condominium at 1727 Massachusetts Ave. for $33,500 to Mr. and Mrs. Stratton M. Liapis. National Permanent Federal Savings & Loan Association placed a mortgage of $26,800 for five years.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dorsen sold a condominium at 4200 Massachusetts Ave. for $300,000 in cash to Claudia B. Hoffman.
3101 Limited Partnership sold a condominium at 3101 New Mexico Ave. for $68,000 to Adberraouf and Amina Benbrahim.
Interstate Federal Savings & Loan Association placed a mortgage of $44,500 for five years.
Mandell & Sommers Builders Inc. sold a condominium at 1504 P St. for $79,500 to Mark S. Ogden. American Home Funding Inc. placed a mortgage of $63,600 for 30 years.
C. B. Coleman sold a condominium at 2500 Q St. for $80,000 to Marilyn B. and Allen L. Wankat. The seller took back a note for $17,950 at 15 percent for five years and eight months. The buyers assumed an original trust of $75,000.
1700 17th St. Associates sold a condominium at 1700 17th St. for $132,500 to William T. Riley Jr. and Alan Rosenthal. Washington Federal Savings & Loan Association placed a mortgage of $106,000 for five years. The sellers took back a note for $26,500 for five years.
C. L. Woodbury and others sold a condominium at 1320 21st St. for $90,000 to Katherine K. Bulter. The buyers assumed an original trust of $56,200. The sellers took back a note for $24,000 for three years.
