Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Risoldi sold a house at 9508 Ferry Harbor Ct. for $241,700 to Mr. and Mrs. Gerald J. Thompson. The buyers assumed a trust of $96,379. The sellers took back a note for $95,000 at 12 percent for eight years.
Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Clum sold a house at 5804 Edgehill Dr. for $68,000 to Mr. and Mrs. John T. Hedetniemi and others. The buyers assumed a trust of $33,038. The sellers took back a note for $21,450 at 12 percent for five years.
Mr. and Mrs. Q. T. Johnson sold a house at 2246 Mary Baldwin Dr. for $72,000 to David K. E. Mushrush. The buyer assumed a trust of $63,500.
Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Engeseth sold a house at 810 S. Alfred St. for $130,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Clifford P. Wilkening. The buyers assumed the balance of a note for $48,420. The sellers took back a note for $49,079 at 14 percent for three years.
R. S. Gregory sold a house at 41 E. Bellefonte Ave. for $110,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Peter E. Mitchell. The seller took back a note for $90,000 for 30 years.
Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Meushaw sold a house at 3346 Commonwealth Ave. for $79,950 to L. DeFord Smith. Washington Federal Savings and Loan Association placed a mortgage of $66,350 at 15 1/2 percent for 30 years.
Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Buscemi sold a house at 1205 Gibbon St. for $45,000 to Mr. and Mrs. George W. Spicer. The sellers took back a note for $35,000 at 10 percent for 30 years.
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Roadcap sold a house at 102 S. Hundson St. for $67,950 to Thomas G. Vogt. The sellers took back a note for $60,000 for 10 years.
