Home sales in Prince George's County in April were 11 percent below the level a year earlierbut 11 percent higher than in March, the Prince George's County Board of Realtors reported. Year-to-date figures were 27 percent below those for 1981.
The number of homes reported sold in April was 472, compared with 535 a year earlier.
Average prices rose by 3 percent over the year, from $70,300 to $72,500 for single-family homes and from $42,000 to $43,300 for condominiums.
