Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Longanecker sold a house at 1219 N. Abingdon St. for $134,000 to Ida T. Paull and others. The sellers took back a note for $55,000 for eight years.

Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Kronmiller sold a house at 3790 N. Dumbarton St. for $175,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Bruce O. Jolly Jr. A $150,000 mortgage loan was made for for 30 years.

Mr. and Mrs. G. Q. Williams sold a house at 209 N. Galveston St. for $95,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Everett J. Marshall. Kissell-Virginia Inc. placed a VA Mortgage of $95,000 for 15 1/2 percent for 30 years.

Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Westgard sold a house at 2210 Tuckahoe N. Kentucky St. for $110,000 to Gary D. Bachman and others. The buyers assumed an original trust of $60,000. Standard Federal Savings & Loan Association placed a mortgage of $104,500 for 25 years.

L. F. Montwill sold a house at 2021 S. Quincy St. for $70,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Larry F. Packett. The seller took back a note for $58,00 for three years.

G. T. Kruglak sold a house at 5339 Fifth St. N. for $120,000 to Charlotte F. Cain and others. The seller took back a note for $90,000 and another one for $12,000 at 16 percent for two years.
