Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Stanfield sold a house at 6005 Brookview Dr. for $80,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Harry O. Lane. The buyer assumed a trust of $20,619. Citicorp Person-to-Person Financial Center placed a note of $15,809.

Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Chudacek sold a house at 5804 Huron Place for $87,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Luis A. Villalobos. The buyers assumed a trust of $58,986. Finanical One Mortgage Co. placed a note of $15,000 at 18 percent for 15 years.
