S.S. Baranes and others sold a condominium at 1622 Belmont St. for $117,500 to Lester A. Smalls and Margaret A. Kelleher. The sellers took back a note for $20,000 at 13 percent for five years, and another note for $5,000 at 5 percent for six months.

Towers Ltd. Partnership sold a condominium at 4201 Cathedral Ave. for $196,460 in cash to Douglas and Christopher Ricard and Nouchette Ahrens.

Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Hendrickson and others sold a condominium at 1880 Columbia Rd. for $89,500 to Robert Calderisi. The buyer assumed a trust of $55,998.
