Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Kenly sold a house at 720 S. Courthouse Rd. for $85,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert K. Boyer. The sellers took back a note for $67,000 at 11 3/4 percent for 10 years.
Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Shafer sold a house at 3651 N. Harrison St. for $177,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Willem A. Vantuujl. The buyers assumed a trust of $87,000. The sellers took back a note for $51,494 at 12 percent for seven years.
Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Taylor sold a house at 26125 S. Hayes St. for $150,000 to Laurie A. Snyder and others. The sellers took back a trust of $120,094 for five years. The buyers assumed an original trust of $22,500.
G. B. Hayes sold a house at 719 N. Ivy St. for $124,500 to Mr. and Mrs. Richard F. Rortvedt. Chevy Chase Savings & Loan Inc. placed a mortgage of $93,350 for 30 years.
Diane Dicke sold a house at 853 N. Jacksonville St. for $87,000 to Patricia J. Guard. The buyers assumed the balance of a trust for $22,797. The seller took back a note for $39,202 at 13 percent for five years.
Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Rogers sold a house at 2652 S. June St. for $151,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Zuckerman. Columbia First Federal Savings & Loan Association placed a mortgage of $54,000 for 30 years. The sellers took back a note for $47,000 at 14 percent for three years.
