More than 30 Washington-area home builders won top honors in the 32nd annual Finest for Family Living Awards competition sponsored by the three major building industry trade groups in the region. The awards, given by the Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland and District of Columbia building industry associations, are based on overall design, innovative use of space, energy conservation and comparative value within the market. More than 180 entries were in the competition this year.
