Two of the area's better forwards, Navy's Kevin Sinnett and Russell Bowers of American, collide for the second time this season when the Eagles travel to Annapolis tonight for a 7:15 p.m. game.

In other games, George Mason entertains Messiah at 7:30; Bowie State visits Delaware State, 8; Catholic hosts St. Peter's, 8; Howard meets Morgan State in Baltimore at 8, and Southeastern plays Old Dominion in Norfolk at 8.

Sinnett scored 30 points when Navy surprised AU, 89-77, early this season at Capital Centre. Bowers had his poorest outing of the season in that one, scoring only eight points.

The Eagle sophomore needs 11 points for an even 1,000 career points and is ahead of the school-record pace of Willie Jones, now an assistant coach at Maryland. Sinnett is 24 rebounds short of tying the Academy's all-time mark of 785 set by Don Lange. He is already's Navy's all-time career scorer and has four games left to increase those totals.

Navy (9-12) has lost six of its last seven. The Mids have had trouble winning the close ones: Seven of their 12 losses have been by six or fewer points.

Howard, coming off an impressive victory over Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference front-runner North Carolina A&T, will try to avenge a six-point home loss to the Bears.
