The surprising, undefeated Tampa Bay Buccaneers are an odds-on favorite to make the NFL playoffs. Not only is Tampa 5-0 for the season but, more importantly, it has a two-game lead in the suddenly strong NFC Central Division. The scedule is most assuredly in Tampa's favor, the Bucs will play only four more games against teams that currently have winning records.

The major reason for Tampa's success, aside from the fine coaching of John McKay and his staff, is that the team is not making the kind of offensive mistakes that hindered its efforts in the past. The defense continues to produce turnovers and sacks at a near 2-to-1 ratio. However, we make it a 360 to 1 proposition that theBucs will not go undefeated.
