Going into the sixth week of the NFL season, here's how this week's matchups look:

Washington (4-1) at Philadelphia (4-1) -- Important game between chief challengers to Dallas. Theismann not making mistakes while the defense has been most opportunistic. Eagles can't afford to waste last week's effort against the Steelers. Philadelphia by 4.

Pittsburgh (4-1) at Cleveland (4-1) -- Share of first place in AFC Central at stake here. Steelers still hurting. Browns need Greg Pruitt to do it. Quarterback Brian Sipe throwing too many interceptions. Pittsburgh by 4.

San Diego (4-1) at Denver (3-2) -- Must game for the Broncos. Loss here would leave Denver two games out in AFC west. Craig Morton and Norris Weese: one week they're great, next week they're anything but. Chargers just 4-4 on road under Coryell and Broncos one of toughest teams in the league at home. San Diego by 3.

In other games: Tampa Bay by 6 over the New York Giants, New England by 11 over Detroit, Kansas City and Cincinnati even, Buffalo by 6 over Chicago, Atlanta by 6 over Green Bay, Houston by 6 over St. Louis, Los Angeles by 6 over New Orleans, New York Jets by 3 over Baltimore, Dallas by 7 over Minnesota, Seattle by 6 over San Francisco and Oakland by 2 over Miami.
